Miseries of Life

I wish I were a simple frog,
a simple frog upon a log.
'Cuz if i were a simple frog,
I wouldn't have to walk thy dog

Thy dog will walk upon thy log
and I will see upon that log
a simple frog beside my dog
Oh how I wish I were that frog

The frog jumped up and off the log
and in the mouth of my pet dog
and croaked two times just like a frog
that was eaten by my dog.

So I am glad I'm not a frog,
Cuz sitting simply on a log
is far no better than a frog
that can be eaten by my dog.
